Digital loyalty program
Alcon and TBWA\Moscow agency faced difficult tasks. We had to simplify brand communication with clients and shops and make it online. A team of colleagues from four countries creates a digital loyalty program to solve this puzzle. Also, we make a unique instrument for easy connection between Alcon and optical shops. The solution was a web site with personal accounts for buyers and stores.

Site was developed in four languages — English, Czech, Slovakian and Bulgarian. We expanded the communications abilities of brand and connected all sides in one web site.

In all, we create more than 150 web pages, 50 design layouts and new brand mascot — Ocheshka — was born. He welcomes people on the first page and tell them about new digital loyalty program.
