Leyla Rykova
Finance Director, TBWA\Group Moscow
In February 2009 Leyla joined TBWA and became responsible for building teams and day-to-day operational management of finance, administrative, accounting, legal and IT functions.
Prior to TBWA, Leyla worked in OMD Russia in the capacity of the Deputy Director. Her main responsibility covered operational management of finance, accounting, financial controlling, traffic, IT and legal functions, consolidation of reporting under US GAAP standards, deployment of budgeting model.
Leyla started her career at TNK-BP during the merger, rolling out international accounting practices and financial standards to regional accounting centers built to ensure application of single accounting principles and reflection of those in SAP and 1C.
Education:
In 2002 Leyla graduated from The Moscow State University, obtaining Master’s Degree in languages.
In 2006 Leyla earned Master’s Degree in Finance from The Finance Academy.
